I am an assistant manager at a small business and we hired Ruslan to help get our store POS system in better order. He was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was flexible with our schedule, very responsive, and easy to get a hold of. He called our POS technical support and worked directly with them so he knew exactly what we needed here. Ruslan is awesome! He's responsive, friendly, and prompt. He was very respectful of our home, and was so kind to both our children and pets. Our Ethernet issue was challenging, but he was diligent and persistent, explaining everything as we went along. He double checked to make sure all ports were working properly before leaving.
